Good pacifier, poor customer service

The pacifier is good, though very soft and takes some time for baby to learn how to use. I accidentally ordered the onyx color and immediately after emailed to ask to have it changed to the oatmeal color. The person who responded refused to make this simple change saying they can’t once an order is placed and my only option was to cancel the order. I responded less than 24 hours later and asked to cancel it and he said it can’t be canceled since it shipped already and my only option was to return it for a refund minus shipping and restocking fee. For such expensive products I’d expect better customer service. For this reason i wont order again

HAVE NOT RECEIVED

I really wanted to like this product!!
but it's honestly so upsetting to get a request for a review, IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER! It has been more than 2 weeks and the tracking says that is stuck on transit, also it is impossible to get through with anyone on customer service !!

Helps with deep latching

I like them and so does my baby now. It took him a couple of days of getting used to but he takes it now. I just don’t like that it gets dirty very easily.

Can't latch

We were recommended by our lactation consultant to help our tongue and lip tie guy suck and soothe. Even after lip tie release he can't figure then out, they're too soft- we dont touch them and given the price its unfortunate. Plus shipping took forever and tracking said it was estimated delivery on a day in the past
